    Title:
    mySaskTel app launches
    Content:

The mySaskTel Wireless app is now available on Android and iOS (Apple). You can download it from the Google Play Store or the App Store for FREE. Simply search "SaskTel" and download.

The mySaskTel Wireless app allows you to:

    • Check your data & text massaging usage
    • View plan & billing details
    • Look up your contract end date & device upgrade eligibility
    • Find roaming rates and more

I downloaded it this morning and it's pretty slick. It knew my account details without having to sign in (make sure you're not connected to Wi-Fi). After you've signed in once you can use Wi-Fi or cellular data. I've been waiting for this one for a while, happy to see it.

Great app! I always wonder how much of my data I've used and this will help a lot. There should be an option for warnings if you're getting close to your data limit. It's also neat seeing how many text messages I've sent. I've never counted them before :)

How long after changing your plan should it take for the Sasktel App to reflect the new plan? I upgraded to unlimited data but the Sasktel App says I still only have 250mb.

Hello. Where is the app for BlackBerry 10. You sell the product so why not offer the app. I'll be checking other phone companies out when my contact is up. I'm going stick with BlackBerry so I'll go where I get the service

I am in the US and was hoping I could use this app to keep track of he kids phone and our bills. You have to be on sasktels network for this to work.

Maybe before releasing apps that only service a portion of your customers you should fix your website and payment systems.

      Hi Rob,

Not sure what you were looking for it to do.  It is evolving as time goes by.  For now, it gives you access to your devices details.

I use it on prepaid account.

All I can do with it is check my data usage and account balance.

      You can't do top-ups.

You can't manage add ons in any way ie: add or remove them.

So it is seriously lacking and not really much use.

      edit:

Actually it won't even tell you your account balance. So more useless than  I previously stated.

Should have stuck with Telus. Just sayin'

Only four and a half years and no progress on this problem.  Can't pay my bill on the app from US.   Talked to four tech support people in three calls to find out it doesn't work.  Access your account anywhere where anywhere is only SK.  Come on man.

Then access my Sasktel.com and it doesn't remember my payment methods as it does at home.

Quite a process for a customer to pay their bill.
