    Title:
No Infinet available in Completed Contstruction Area - 1 year later
    Content:

1 year ago I moved into a home in a central neighbourhood in Saskatoon. It is in a completed Infinet construction area. Every house around me has Infinet available except for mine.  I have contacted Sasktel twice about this issue, the answer I got from the customer service was a very angry "We'll get to you when we get to you."   I understand there is a disclaimer saying that you need to check availability at your address, but does that absolve SaskTel completely?  The impression that I am getting is my house was skipped and now I will have to wait many years until fiber optic internet is available to me.

      Hi Jason,

There are some circumstances where access to the SaskTel Fibre Optic Network will not be initially available including when a building has multiple units, business services or where the original network has been modified (homeowner lives in an aerial area but has buried their services)....

This is a temporary situation and work is being done on the ability to provide services over the SaskTel Fibre Optic Network for all customers in a fibre ready area.

SaskTel will be contacting property owners when the ability to provide services over fibre is available for their address. For more information, please call 1-866-761-2532.

I have had the fibre optic cable hanging on the back of my house for over two years! At least it is close!?
