Is there a way to get a bill that shows what you paid for the entire year for tax purposes?  I cannot access all my bills online for some reason.

      Hi Chris,

If you can not access your last 18 bills from eBill, you will need to contact our tech support at 1-800-773-2121 for help.

If you wish to have your bills that are older than 18 months, you will need to contact our Sales department at 1-800-SASKTEL (727-5835)

I had the same question last year and received no response, at least not a useful one worth recalling.   Why can't SaskTel just make the past 24 months of payments available?

SaskPower lets me get the past 24 months.

SaskEnergy lets me get the past 24 months.

City of Regina lets me get the past 24 months.

If SaskTel claims to be an ICT company, this should be a simple task to provide.

This sounds like perhaps 18 months' worth of bills are supposed to be accessible online, and it's a tech problem if they're not - is that what you mean? Or is it a special request to have older bills dug up, and we need to ask permission in any case? I can only see an option to get the last 3 months of bills on my account. I do need to access my phone bills for tax purposes, so please reply. Thanks!

      Hey Lisa!

18 months of bills are available when you subscribe to eBill. Can you please try these steps:

      1. Log into MySaskTel

2.Click on (view eBill) under the account that you wish to get the billing details for

      3. Once you see your most current invoice click on the "bills" drop down at the top left and choose billing history.
