    Not Getting Bill Email

    Is anyone else not getting or receiving email for their Sasktel bill just days before it s overdue ? I went through this before and went back to paper bills. Very frustrating having to set myself reminders to pay it to avoid late charges. Oh and yes I do check spam & junk folders to make sure they don't end up there.

      Hi Allan, sorry for frustration.  If they are not going to your spam folder please contact our tech support by calling 1-800-SASKTEL (727-5835) and we can look into this for you.

      similar problem. log in Jan 1 and couldn't  see bill later than November, no December bill showing in list,

       now i log in and get "

      No profile available for the current user.

      and it says i am logged in as me. somtthings not right.
