    I don't normally complain publicly but ...... I have been waiting for Sasktel to install infinet in my unit since May 3.  I have had 2 installers come out - the last visit about two weeks ago, advised the signal was weak and they would have to have it looked into.  I have called Sasktel for appointments that have been cancelled with no notice given to me - I have had installers arrive when I was not at home.  My neighbours have had it installed without issue .... I pay my bills promptly and I pay a lot for Sasktel services so I don't understand why I receive shoddy service.  For a communication company, Sasktel does not communicate with their customers effectively.  Very frustrated and irritated.  I have contacted them by phone and I get "nothing" .... no one seems to know what the issue is.

      Follow-up to my complaint - the installation was finally completed yesterday.  The tech who installed was more helpful than the previous two and took the time and work to ensure the signal was strong.  He also installed the equipment in a spot that was less intrusive.  Great service from this tech A++++

      My mobile phone has suddenly started to refuse to open after I  disconnect from charging in the morning.. What is happening? So far it has come back on after a wait but I don't know what to do about it.

      Hi Loretta,

      The steps in the article HERE will hopefully help.  Try removing the battery for at least 30-seconds, if you keep having issues you may need to do a backup and factory reset on your phone.  You should be able to find the steps in the article I linked.
