    Sasktel MaxConstant issues in Warman

    in the last week every 5-10 minutes we get the error message “television signal has been lost” it doesn’t matter what channel we are watching, or on which TV. If we switch channels briefly, then switch back we get out program back, but only for another 5-10 minutes then we get the error screen again. I have gone through all the troubleshooting steps and rebooted the set top boxes and modems more times than I care to count. I don’t believe this is acceptable for the price we pay. I’m considering all other avenues including going back to satellite dish, or trying access communications . Any thoughts or suggestions ? I’m tired of calling in for help!!
