    Is the support chat to speak to a representative disabled?  I am trying to contact one for help.

      Hi Scott, if available our hours for chat are 8:00 am to 8:00 pm Monday to Friday and 9:00 am to 5:00 pm on Saturday, closed on all Holidays.
