    Can I keep Sasktel Email and not have sasktel internet

     Is it possible to still have a Sasktel Email address if all i have with them is Mobility?

      Yes, you can keep your email address at no extra charge as long as you have a Mobility plan with us that includes data.  Otherwise, it would be $1.95 per month to keep the email.

      What? Sasktel support didn't like my comment and it was deleted?  Support does need to have a meeting and get their stories straight about email and mobility data ... I am being billed $12.95 per month (billed as "Internet Dial Occasional Use Package Access Fee) ~ to keep usage of my sasktel email address.  I was told this was an additional cost and I could not keep the use the sasktel email address when I moved to three (3) Sasktel issued novatel internet sticks (in effect, cancelling my "dialup" package).  I again asked when additional sasktel mobility (cell phones) were purchased.  Would appreciate contact from Sasktel to correct this over-billing/charges, for years!

      So what you (not you personally but Sasktel) is saying is that ... when we discontinue a service, per se, we (Sasktel) will continue to bill you for the non-existent service until we (Sasktel) get caught?!?!?   This is the second time I've caught fraudulent billing; first was when "10/4 - Push To Talk" service was no longer supported/offered.  Like I said - Sasktel charges for non-existent service until caught!  Is Sasktel technology so outdated that  billing is not cross-referenced - and removed -  for services/features no longer offered?   By the way - I was told by a Sasktel tech rep that I would not be refunded/credited with all those charges!  And you wondered why I used colorful language????  (BS spelled out)
