    Extremely Slow Max Remote Response

    I have a Max box with an extremely slow response time to the remote.  I've looked at the troubleshooting page and changed the batteries and moved by Blu-ray player farther away from the Max box to limit the IR interference.  I can sit right in front of the box with a straight on line of sight to the box from 4' away and the box still responds slowly.  It can take up to 15 seconds for the TV to respond to a channel change, bringing up the guide or recorded TV.  This is the wait time AFTER the green light flashes to acknowledge the command.  Is there some way to fix this?

      Hi Angela, 

      I am sorry to hear that you are having problem with our maxTV service. Please unplug the power cable to the maxTV box for about 30 seconds and plug it back in (your maxTV box will reboot). If rebooting your box doesn't help, you will need to contact our tech support at 1-800-773-2121 and select maxTV trouble option for help.
