    Title:
Max is freezing/lagging, how do I fix?
    Content:

We have noticed lately that our max tv is momentarily freezing, is there something I can do beside resetting Max? Before the change to fiber optic I was told to unplug the modem, not sure this is even possible with the battery backup now. Any 7deas?

We've had a problem with the max tv interactive or internet services being very slow.  We had Sasktel out and discovered that after fibre optic was put in they didn't connect all of the wires in the bundle.  So even though the house modem was receiving at a 1000Mb/sec, the sasktel maxtv modem at the TV was only receiving at a fraction of that.  Things improved once they came out and hooked up the additional wires.  Not sure if this would fix your situation or not.
