So the Sasktel app says my upgrade eligibility date is April 1st 2019.  However, the early device upgrade balance says $0.00, and it says "Great News: you're eligible for an upgrade!" right underneath that.  Does this mean that I can upgrade my phone or not?

What's the point of leaving my number?

And why do I need to change my email password every 3 months anyway? If the Cuban mafia wants to read m y email... let them I don't care !

I've had a SaskTel account for over 40 years and I'm done with! At one time SaskTel was the only option so they could abuse their customers not anymore !

in the last week every 5-10 minutes we get the error message “television signal has been lost” it doesn’t matter what channel we are watching, or on which TV. If we switch channels briefly, then switch back we get out program back, but only for another 5-10 minutes then we get the error screen again. I have gone through all the troubleshooting steps and rebooted the set top boxes and modems more times than I care to count. I don’t believe this is acceptable for the price we pay. I’m considering all other avenues including going back to satellite dish, or trying access communications . Any thoughts or suggestions ? I’m tired of calling in for help!!

    why Mb and not MB1

    Title:
    why Mb and not MB
    Content:

My question is why do you offer Mb as high speed when it is really not much faster than dial-up. Instead of Mb why not offer MB or instead of Mb(megabits) instead of MB(megabytes). A bit is or 1 bit as apposed to a byte or 8 bits, you see 5Mb=625k and 5MB=5000k(roughly as it is a little more). My friend in New Jersey gets 5MB for less than I get 5Mb a month. I know that old excuse like we need to charge more cause we have less customers, as the same excuse as we need to charge more cause we have more customers. Why not stop stealing from Canadians and give us an honest internet speed for a reasonable amount of money?

I have always had a strict NAT with sasktel, but a few months ago I started getting a double NAT on my xbox and its causing all kinds of unwanted issues.  I've been trying to find a fix for it personally for a while now with no luck.  So many people say it's easy to fix and I'm sure it is, but with sasktel, nothing is every easy.

So yeah, has anybody had issues like this and found out a workaround? I'd much rather hear it from someone on here than have to spend 1 minute on the phone with sasktel.

"Umm, have you tried restarting your router sir...?"  OMFG

    High speed Internet promotions1

    Title:
    High speed Internet promotions
    Content:

Hello, I was wondering if you have any high speed Internet promotions planned?  Access Communications is currently offering a package of 50Mbps down / 5Mbps up for $44.95 for the next two years - this would be a significant savings and speed increase over my current 5Mbps down / 1Mbps up for $52.95 that I'm currently signed up for with SaskTel.  I have asked the service reps via Chat but they say there are no current promotions on.

    Thank you!
